Halloween

Halloween started out with Mickey pancakes. Then was Graham's 2 year check-up. He weighed 35.5 pounds (97th percentile) and was 37 inches tall (98th percentile). Everything looked very healthy though he cried when he had to get two shots. The band-aids and stickers did make it feel better though!

After that we did normal weekend things that we do when Brent is working: grocery store, laundry, changing sheets. I made chili for dinner and prepared corn chowder for later in the week.

Around 5:30 we started getting costumes on for trick-or-treating. Brent took the boys from our culdesac down to the other end, which is a total of about a mile. Graham walked most of it! They came home with a huge amount of candy, more than doubling what I had left at that point. We will have treats for days! It was definitely a fun time!

Today we went to church as a family, which rarely happens on Sundays since Brent usually works. He switched days this weekend to help out a co-worker. After church we went to the park where we had a picnic lunch, ran around the playground, and played in the creek. Everyone was soaked but extremely happy since we know this will be one of our last pretty days before it starts to get cold. This afternoon we ended up meeting back up with the same friends at Chili's for dinner. It was a fun day and weekend!
