Carney Family Christmas

This year Pepaw and Grammy came up for Christmas. When they came on Wednesday we played at home and had a delicious dinner. For Christmas Eve the boys went for a long walk and did some shopping while the girls stayed home and cooked Christmas dinner. That night we went to church and enjoyed a service of remembering that the only reason to celebrate Christmas is Jesus! We sang carols and lit candles as a visual representation of our Savior who is the Light of the World. We read the story once more when we got home then put everyone to bed. On Christmas morning we opened gifts and had a fantastic breakfast before our visitors had to go back home. It was a Christmas to remember!
