Happy New Year!

New Year's Eve we hung out at home. Aunt Holly came to visit and played with the boys all morning. This included putting together a Superman Lego set, watching a movie, and shooting baskets into the hoop on the back of the bathroom door. For dinner I made tacos with brownies for dessert. Brent got home around 7:00 then the boys were in bed by 8:00. Holly and I watched a movie and the ball drop before going to bed right around midnight. 

On New Year's we visited the Art of the Brick exhibit at the museum. It was awesome! The entire thing was about how one many recreated famous works of art out of Legos, including the Mona Lisa and Michelangelo's David statue. After lunch the boys all stayed at home for a guy night while Holly and I had an afternoon of shopping, dinner, and a movie. April joined us. It was awesome to hang out and relax.

This morning Holly had to go back home. We had so much fun including her in our family for a few days and can't wait until she visits again!
