The first excitement was on February 24 when we found out that Brent's blast count was at 0. That means he met the three month milestone on his meds within 3 weeks. God is good! We are blessed and know that things are going to be taken care of by our Savior!
This past week was very exciting at school for Oliver. It was Read Across America week and we got to dress up every day. I should have taken pictures of the two of us in our hideous clothing every day and for some reason did not think about it until I sat down to write about it. Anyway, we wore Christmas clothes on Monday, pajamas on Tuesday, mismatched clothes on Wednesday, crazy socks on Thursday, and green on Friday. It was also the week that Oliver's class finished up the alphabet so he got to enjoy Workout Monday, eXercise Tuesday, Yoga Wednesday, and more fun on Thursday for Z. Other events included Vegetable Man visiting during lunch on Friday and Jump Rope for Heart during PE. Friday also was the basketball awards to finish up the season. It was a wild week!
Excitement for Graham was that he's officially coined as a big boy. He got a "write-up" on Thursday because he keeps accidentally knocking kids over by being rough at school. The teachers said he's a sweet boy, but when he goes to give hugs or to play he knocks kids down or ends up sitting on them. He's definitely our "beast"!
My excitement was that for the first time in 2016 I ran 9 miles without walking. Not only that, but I completed it with a 9:22 pace! I'm very excited and anticipating my next half marathon on May 1!
