This weekend was pretty awesome! First, Grammy came to visit. Brent took her out for Mother-Son day on Friday for a belated Mother's Day treat. They had breakfast at Taste of Belgium, enjoyed the Princess Diana exhibit at the museum, visited a bike shop, and had lunch.
On Friday night Oliver and I went to US Bank Arena for Sesame Street Live. I found the tickets on Groupon a few months ago. Oliver loved it! At first he was a little overstimulated and very observant. After a while he was on his feet dancing though. He was quite bummed when it was over.
On Saturday Brent, Oliver, and Grammy enjoyed the zoo for a bit while Graham and I stayed home so I could get caught up on some things and he could nap. We met up with them after lunch at Jungle Jim's to try out some unique goods because they got too cold at the zoo. We bought some taco seasoning that was amazing that we ate for dinner later.
Then we got some great news after church...an offer on our house! Finally! We will know more later this week, but are hopeful that in the coming months we will be moving to Boone County.
So this morning Grammy left to go home and we went house hunting. We miss Grammy already, but we are getting pumped about the possibilities of a new home!
